Our Work
Impact
The Sadbhavana Trust’s leadership-building programmes have been paving the way for girls and young women to become feminist role models in their neighbourhoods. We have built leadership qualities in them primarily through perspective building on gender issues and digital literacy sessions.
Since 2009, approximately 450 women and girls have benefited from our basic and advanced leadership-building courses, with graduates going on to effect changes in their own lives as well as those of others around them.

Our Response to the Covid-19 Pandemic
Since 2020, the Sadbhavana Trust has led vigorous efforts to help mitigate the devastation wrought by the Covid-19 pandemic. The communities we work with have still not recovered from livelihood losses since the declaration of a sudden nationwide lockdown in March 2020, which was followed by another in April 2021.
